Just when I'm ready to strike the tent on this workup, Missouri drew 587 in their Midday draw. Dang! I checked in the Missouri thread and a couple folks hit, so that made it all worthwhile. Yay

We didn't catch any new hits on the 578 combo yesterday and I was tempted to call it a day, but yesterday was a Sunday when there are fewer draws and I thought I would at least do the workup and take a look a the state workups. When I did that I discovered that my home state Virginia has a Date Workup hit on 785 for today so how could I resist one more day, right? The 578 combos are still in Tier 10 today. Here goes:

We had two hits on the 578 combo yesterday, 587 in Idaho and 875 in Maryland. Because of that, the 578 combo jumped up to Tier 11 and I decided to extend this workup another day. As it happens, today is Sunday, so Arizona, Puerto Rico, Texas, and West Virginia do not draw today and that tilts the odds even further against us which is bad timing. We'll see what happens today and decide whether to extend this into Monday. Anyway, here goes nuthin'...

Maryland - 875 just now in their evening draw!!!

The only downside to the Maryland hit is that it didn't show in my other workups above...

For the second day in a row, the 7-Day All-State Trending Numbers Workup has a Tier 10 number in it. Last year, we followed the 7-Day for 9 months and Tier 10 numbers were few and far between, so when I see one, I think it's worth taking a second look. The fact that different combos have hit Tier 10 on consecutive days is one of those crazy things that (I hope) will mean that this workup is going to find a winner.
