			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes!!!! Great post eddessa. It&#x27;s 100% easier to manipulate software-driven lottery draws than mechanical ball-driven draws. In fact, if I&#x27;m not mistaken, every case of draw-based lottery fraud has been RNG in nature...maybe I&#x27;m wrong. They don&#x27;t want gambling to be associated with sports. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>PA Lottery seeks out draw witnesses for its evening drawings, but doesn&#x27;t televise the drawings itself. But instead relies on outside parties to do so. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Here&#x27;s what goes on at the Pa. lottery.<br /><br />1) They do all the pre-tests to make sure the machines and balls haven&#x27;t been tampered with. Fine, but with all the security procedures, how is anyone going to do be able to tamper with anything? It would have to be a group effort just to get into the room.<br /><br />2) They do 9 pre-tests, 3 rehearsal tests and 3 post tests to make sure every thing is completely random. And to make sure the balls come up according to their statistical norms. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Amber, I see that Texas does pre test and publish the data. I assume that that data is published with or shortly after the actual Draw. Texas is a Ball Game. I learned a minute ago on the Post on Pre tests in the Mathematics Forum how that Monkeys with Random. I agree that it screws things up. It&#x27;s like they jump into the future at every draw by 5 Draws. In the end, you can stress over it, but you don&#x27;t have a choice. The Draw is all you get paid on.
