Let suppose A pair is XY =?

There are many Dr.Miracle digit patterns, for July 3rd, we use 3,5, 8 digit pattern

Now we go back and look for the common pairs on June 25th,15th,5th, 8th,18th, and 28th.

For Maryland,

JUNE 28 8 5 8 common pair XY=58

JUNE 25 8 5 5 common pair XY=58

Since A pair XY = 58 must follow Dr.Miracle's pattern, 3,5,8,

so on JULY 03, XY ( 0 -9 ) i.e 581,582,583,584,585,586,587,589,580
