Ever since that day, l never fill out slips at those stands. I was later told that clerks can only cancel the ticket if it's a State Lottery game not the multi State ones .Either way, lesson learned.

Then I always think: what if that ticket had a winner? The current PB jackpot of $79 million is not bad. Then again at 2 bucks a pop and astronomical odds, not worth it.
