Thanks for all that replied, I have entered the same 30 numbers in (pick 6 wheel. key 4 if 6 of 30) in sequential order and mixed

and get a different result each time thats why i asked the original question.

Is it best to have the numbers entered in sequential order or mixed, does it make a difference On the guaranteed outcome.

If you ever matched all five numbers in a 5/39 game using a 3 if 5 of 15 number wheel and only had one 3 number match, you'll know there is a difference. I guess it never occurred to me because there are 3003 possible outcomes in a full 15 number wheel and only one is a five number match, the odds against getting the correct order are very high. In Texas, all plays are entered into the lottery system using a play slip where the integers are read in numerical order.

Except for the daily pick 3, 4 and 5 games, the integers are recorded in numerical order and printed in numerical order on the

play ticket.

A player may want to, for example, place integer 7 in the the P1 position. The only way to do it would be to not choose any integers less than 7 in the same combination.

It's called mapping the wheel. Looking to see where on the wheel your numbers will fall. It is also worth taking a look at how the wheel is designed.

Say your software predicts numbers from better to worse, the first six being the best to play as a single ticket you would want to see if the wheel creates that ticket.

Is the wheel built from block combinations of place holders, 1-2-3-4-5-6, 7-8-9-10-11-12, etc. this is the way you want them from better to worse or random, but if you e... [ More ]

When using a wheel it doesn't matter how the numbers are entered. Mixed or sequential, the resulting number lines will be identical.
