A Funny Little Chart About Virginia for 8/15

This is strictly for folks who like funny coincidences in the numbers. I'm looking for 021 to fall straight in Virginia tonight. When I back-checked it, I found two completely separate sets of synchronizations with the same number, 223. It's really sort of odd. Look at the chart and you'll see what I mean. There are plenty of good reasons to like 021 which I've already documented here in the Virginia thread, but this little chart was too much to stick in the thread, so I outposted it here.
