To me, a decent system, should be able to predict 2+ numbers

out of 15 about 90 percent of the time, if the lottery isn't random.

Throw in a partially random draw, and your going to need a little LUCK,

system or no system! IMHO

If it was only a 5/69 game it might have 11,238, 513 combinations-lines, quite a lot, the Lottery Post says that it is 11,688,054

I don't know if it is 1, 2 or 3 Dollars for each combination-line.

The Lottery Post says that a 5 numbers win for $2 gives a win of 1 Million Dollars and that for $2 a 4 numbers win gives a prize of $100 on a chance of 1 in 36,525
