			<description><![CDATA[<p>NC has to come in first place for the most repeats per month ? Everyone knows that a repeat has about less than 2% out of 98% of coming back in a month. NC has perfected it down to a T . People they are robbing the players blind, this crazy. NC seemed to play a lot of numbers that repeat each other according to my many books that I use. So my question is where is all this money going that lottery players are losing.
