When I receive these offers in mail, etc. full refunds if not happy, I return the form completely filled out except for payment info. I make them a challenge. People who sell this junk online say they offer a 100% money back guarantee because it creates more sales. They have no intention of honoring it. You are further at risk if you are giving these online system sellers your credit card information. They will often put other smaller charges on your card knowing many people won't notice them or won't waste time fighting them or calling their credit card company and disputing the charges.

My main question to you all is, how can we help prevent those intentionally false promises, and would it be fair/legal/ethical to share the names of those of the main culprits on the LP? We want to encourage free, fair and open online discussions --not allow/encourage fake business transactions. The alternative, of course, is for us not to believe everything we see and read.

You're talking about the sale of an intangible shiny object whose value lives in the mind of the seller and buyer.

Try and imagine the court trial with the state persecutor trying to prove the system can't win the lottery, while the persecuted's lawyur points out any system might win any of the draws in the future despite past results.

Useless is in the mind of the beholder. Not to say there isn't some real crap out there . . .

im still convince the lottery uses super computers to only pay out a certain percentage, just like it says on the tickets in some states, that lotto payout is like 52% of sales.

But thing is, how do you get around it or can you get around it? How can you be the winning half more often? Buy more tickets is obvious, but vague lol.
