			<description><![CDATA[<p>I developed an action plan.<br /><br />I divided the 26 powerballs into 4 groups.<br /><br />Alpha Signatures = A (1-5): B (6-13): C (14-21): D (22-26)<br /><br />In substitution, the final acts almost always come down to choosing 1 of 3 or 1 of 4, depending on other factors.<br /><br />Using a PB powerball data base from 1 July, I applied precise rules of procedures.<br /><br />The final act was choosing 1 of 4.<br /><br />My analysis of the PB data base suggested the next powerball would come from Group B.<br /><br />The winner, 22, is in Group D.</p>]]></description>
