			<description><![CDATA[<p>Tv is ok for the local population of players. But with playing the lottery online being a reality every state needs to broadcast their drawings live online so the whole world can see. One would think it would be cheaper to do a live webcast online as opposed to paying to have it on tv. I don&#x27;t think they care that they suck as long as their profitable. Change for any organization usually takes messing with their money since making a profit is the only thing they care about. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Why are state lotteries too cheap to create a live webcast of their drawings?<br /><br />I&#x27;m assuming that since the demand for live webcast is low then they won&#x27;t supply it.<br /><br />About 95% of state lottery websites look ridiculously cheesy.
