A little history, I believe President Franklin Delano Roosevelt got our U.S. Virgin Islands from the Lend/Lease act before we entered the Second World War. FDR saw the threats from Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan before the general populace did.

Either they don't have it there anymore or no one can pick even just the PB number to win $4.
