I naturally have a genius IQ level;I graduated from one of the best math schools of that time;we studied The Games Theory in the 9-th grade;I have been a professional trader-gambler in the largest financial market in the world for 25+ years;I'm extremely lazy and therefore in perpetual search for shortcuts and most effective solutions for any problem I come across.

I hate to keep plugging you. But I get the sense that you may be more expertise in Statistics than I, but the point being lottery statistics are not set in stome as in real college statistics as they do not equate in the same manner. Welcome to Lotterypost LA.

I live in Pennsylvania and I remember hitting 113 back in 1/22/1992. This pick 3 never appeared since 1977. Ironically it is my daughter's month/day of her birthday. Won $3,000

I'm sure there are states where a Pick 3 set has never hit within a certain number of games.

there are several ways to play Pick 3 games... and I'm only talking about aiming straight combinations...

the first one would be to count the combinations that played the most within the most current 999 draws from today...if there are already 3 or 4 combinations that played 6 times and none that played 7 times then all those 3-4 combinations are hot ... one of them is likely to play near-term... in such a case it makes sense to pick either one of them or all of them at the same time and to c... I'm gonna use California Daily 3 as an example... there are 1000 possible different numbers (combinations) with 2 draws daily... so, over the period of 500 days only about 666-667 different combinations will play... out of them 444 combinations will play just once and 222 - more than once... 148 will play only twice and the remaining 74 - more than twice... 50 will play only three times and the remaining 24 will play more than three times... 16 will play 4 times and the remaining 8 - more than 4...
