All numbers follow numerological laws so when you study these, you find that they basically fit universally. That is why you find you can post a group of numbers due in one state's lottery, but they show up that day in another one. The key is finding which pattern your state lottery is in. Missing digits work well for most states and so does hot digits. That can be a basis to start on. The principles don't change just because a state does not have much draw history.
