			<description><![CDATA[<p>I purchased a few quick picks for a state lottery game. I just checked the winning results and although I didn&#x27;t win, I noticed something. My tickets started with the same digit as the winning combination, all purchased from different stores. Is it possible that quick pick tickets are an indicator of future events or is it a coincidence?<br /><br />For example, you buy 5 Quick Picks and they all start with the number 3 .
