			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello all. This is my first post but I&#x27;ve come and gone on this forum a few times.<br /><br />I&#x27;m going to give some ideas or theories. This is based mainly on the Mass lottery and as you know, it pays, on the average, about 110 to 125 per pick 3 any game. Sometimes as low as 88 and sometimes as high as 156. So there is an advantage as most states cap the pick 3 any game at $80.<br /><br />First thing I concluded pretty quickly, no one can predict the lottery.
