I know repeats are pretty common, but u gotta track missing pairs.

U also need to track missing sums, which are more important than missing pairs.

Right now sum 16 is the most due, followed by sum 11 21. It doesn't matter if u live in 1 draw or 4 draw states.

WI missing pairs: 02X 05X 22X 45X 55X 57X 58X 88X

Can anyone here help me to find the best way to predict due pairs, I live in Wisconsin and I know one draw states are different. I could use help narrowing down numbers and due pairs. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and your help.
