Not resisting any engagement on this one, a good point is a good point.

I'm in a rural area and the teachers here put 'wish lists' out for their classes when school is going to start. The lists are for any customers at Staples, Walmart, anywhere that sells school supplies to help the teachers out. Sad situation.

This is true, CoinToss. A while back I highlighted on how school teachers have been spending their own money to furnish necessary supplies for their students. Now, the limit for 'unreimbursed classroom expenditures' is $250 per teacher and the majority of these teachers are easily spending double that amount out of necessity. Why are they in this position? Wouldn't it be interesting if some of those teachers filed a lawsuit for the NC Education Lottery to change its name......

NC teacher: Hey if it's really an education lottery we wouldn't be here protesting for more school funding, now would we?
