			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hey there Lucky Loser,<br /><br />Not resisting any engagement on this one, a good point is a good point.<br /><br />I&#x27;m in a rural area and the teachers here put &#x27;wish lists&#x27; out for their classes when school is going to start. The lists are for any customers at Staples, Walmart, anywhere that sells school supplies to help the teachers out. Sad situation.</p>]]></description>

Now, the limit for &#x27;unreimbursed classroom expenditures&#x27; is $250 per teacher and the majority of these teachers are easily spending double that amount out of necessity.
