With all the repeats, repeats, repeats over and over each month

and low payouts, they should have enough money to

give some back. The politicians are saying they cut back

on the hope scholarships for years now! Where is

all that money going?

Cant even payout a million lately, every

other week or more than once a month. Come on Gretchen
