			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes but my point is one argument can be made for the actual drawn number changing due to pretests , but at the same time or on the same side of the same coin the opposite argument could be made for the actual drawn number. Whether this number or that number comes up, there will still be a winner no matter what. So the argument in my opinion will for ever go in circles. As long as the procedures are done in a consistent manner with no thoughts or theories of controlling the outcome, there is no concern. I missed two straights on the win4 the other day, same day, both of them. Thing was it was a 1 day delay, and at least a $40 bet each draw, I made it $50 (rundowns and pairs) I guessed I was wrong the day before. I guessed wrong. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>As far as the lottery testing procedures are concerned, all you have to do is go on you tube to watch them. Pick a state, if there&#x27;s a video for it you can watch it.<br /><br />As for pulling a ball set, if the same number comes up in the same position 3 out of 5 times, they will do it three more times. If the number comes up 2 out of the 3, they will pull the ball set. (But its perfectly fine when that happens in the official drawing. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The point I&#x27;m trying to make is regardless whether or not the test drawings effect the real drawing, the Texas Lottery almost goes over-board testing their equipment.
