That must be what happened. Your QP generated a quad that was sold out. I never had that problem since I only get box or straight-box QPs. Probably would have worked if they had dropped the slip again and got a different pick.

It was 1 QP with STR selected on a $1 play. Only 1 box filled out. I didn't ask them to run it again because I didn't understand what the problem was.

Never heard of that either for as long as I've been playing.

Could have just been a system glitch.

But otherwise, the only thing I can figure is if a STR QP was marked, then maybe the number generated was a quad that just happened to be in high demand on that particular day.

But if it was a box QP, a quad number would not have been generated in the first place.

Was the QP (or QPs) STR or box QPs?

How many QPs were selected on the play slip?

The other day I went to turn in my Pick 4 slip with only QP selected and they told me it was sold out. Not any specific number just that it was sold out. This was early in the day too still morning time and in Louisiana there is only 1 drawing a day for Pick 4. So how did this happen? I figured QP would select available numbers and I also don't see how at around 10am any number would be sold out yet.
