As well as what numbers have not hit in a while but maybe should have. A correlation, so to speak. Two things pointing in one direction is better than one. The filters you use first will usually remove the largest numbers of combinations out of the solution. At the very least, look up LotWin official site, download the demo, they list the filters in their most commonly used order (though you can use them in any order you prefer).
