			<description><![CDATA[<p>My answer varies from around 10% to 100%. The daily value is directly related to the Number of New Ideas that I See in the Various Forums. When I see a New idea, the percent is high. I count time spent working on this New Idea as LP Strategy Time even though I am logged out.<br /><br />Currently the Percentage has been very Low. New ideas seem to be in significant decline. Don&#x27;t get me wrong, this is not a complaint.
