You just add the digits left to right and drop the carry from the sum. In other words if sum 10 drop the tens digit.

So from 48800 you add 4+8=2, 8+8=6, 8+0=8 0+0=0, 0+0=0

So you get 26800 and repeat the process.

I don't get the first steps, but the end results uses the -1 -1 -1 rundown to

identify Pick 4 combos. He suggests to watch the results for a time period

and these Pick 4 combos will show. It will be helpful for him to explain each

step vs just posting numbers.
