This new system falls into the catagory that I was discussing on the BYOS thread about thinking of pick 3 as 100 mini systems in terms of pairs. Thought I would use South Carolina as an example here to see if we can get something rolling in that state since I've read quite a few posts about the Carolinas being tough games.
