I think part of his incoherent post is that the lottery purposely distibutes winning scratch tickets in certain geographic areas and not in other areas. Which is true. After all, that was the essense of Joan Ginther's strategy. Figuring out how the lottery distributed them.

I can't decipher the rest of it.

I was wondering that very same thing.. Then I thought, maybe it's millennial-speak and since I am an old fuddy-duddy and have yet to grasp that mindset, perhaps I should read it backwards... How did that work, you ask ? Wellllllllllllllllllll, that didn't work out so hot either... So I am giving it up for Lent

The state payment center representative that travel where i rarely go the payment center said it not happen to her with mates being with the same. She handout the tickets of a lowest non sufficient value to that area on purpose and got no intention to stop doing it. Going to the nearest state not helpful either. Those computer print ones are intended by certain rare establishment.

some of them purchase the whole roll and maybe got $35 bucks. The entire roll in the case being on limit income neglect children and entire family and no housing. these airplanes could be scratch ticket winners

with the scratch tickets i use to believe when those same faces in store said the last tickets on the roll are usually winners buy the the last ticket or the hold roll. I believe this for over 17 years back and forth. This small areas use to think its base on population for million dollars jackpots.

Its another network to get the life changing scratch tickets

On purpose not send it to certain areas the scratch ticket. some say you wonot know unless you buy them not true

These scratch tickets are intentional not to be a high value above a few hundred bucks. it wants to keep agriculture working and not get out of position. If you get any wealth grant. if tickets are order not to be present to the area whats done to select direct the winners and beneficiaries
