It's a Sleep Tracker. It monitors your sleep. For some reason, at least for me, it gives me the number W4 and/or P3 almost every day. The number isn't always straight though and it could be combined with another number from the set it gives. I just haven't figured out the right combinations every day. Most of my wins are from my Sleep Tracker.
