Step 1: Take the last 10 pick-3 drawing results. Example: 687, 048, 807, 846, 603, 759, 531, 445, 889, 705.

Step 2: Count the frequency of each digit. Example:

0 - 4 times

1 - 1 time

2 - 0 times

3 - 2 times

4 - 4 times

5 - 4 times

6 - 3 times

7 - 4 times

8 - 6 times

9 - 2 times

Step 3: Take the three or four least frequently drawn digits. Example: {1, 2, 3, 9}.

Step 4: Create all possible doubles and singles out of these
