So far I'm not seeing the lottery connection but per you example if a person maxes out the yup to 5 or up to 100 either way it comes to $4 a pop.

There are two options available in a buffet style restaurant.

Option 1 - up to 5 visits to the buffet tables with a single large plate for $20

Option 2 - up to 25 visits to the buffet tables with a single large plate for $100.

All the normal rules apply like no sharing and no take out cartons.

Is there anybody that would choose option 2? Obviously, I would not.
