bobsleigh, Do appreciate your in depth report and alert on these questionable Nudge machine operations in Georgia.

A most informative ALERT- many things (especially in gaming) are not as they seem!

It is presumed there is an agreement or contract. But THE store AND GEORGIA lottery DO NOT GIVE INFORMED CONSENT TO THE CONSUMER THAT THIS IS NOT The Georgia lottery BUT IS THE store's AND THAT THE MONEY Is NOT THE GEORGIA lottery's BUT THE store's ONCE THE CONSUMER SPENDS IT IN in Nudge machines.

Otherwise, you might be playing obliviously thinking the Store is happy you are winning and rather under assumption is making money too, when you are winning.

They have the Nudge machines in Georgia fuel stations and tobacco stores. That is where from a 25 cent to $5 bet per spin might get a win on in-store credit fro store items, fuel, or lottery tickets or play Keno in store.

But the money is the machine owners or stores, once you put money in the machine it is not the Georgia Lottery and if winning a jackpot or amount ion the machines the Georgia lottery will not assist in making the stores pay up the in-store credit.
