			<description><![CDATA[<p>Two questions:<br /><br />*Maybe I&#x27;m not supposed to bring this up, but does anyone think Pick Ten is fixed? No one EVER wins the jackpot - maybe one person a year. I truly wonder if they set it every day so there are 700+ who win with six numbers, 100+ who win with seven numbers, 8-15 players who win with eight numbers, one or zero who win with nine numbers, and zero who win with ten numbers.
