First, I would stare at the computer multiple times making sure that the winning numbers are indeed mine! I would then scream and celebrate this great fortune with my family. After that, I'd go on Zillow and check out my dream home. Since I live in California, it would have to be a home in Marin County (preferably Tiburon) or Los Altos Hills. Last but not least, I would give back to anti-bullying organizations.

I have to have near term and long term plans. For the near term I would spend as much time with our ill and aging parents as I could and do things to make their lives as smooth as possible. First thing I would do is pay off all my debts improve my credit score

Purchase a business that my children could continue when I'm gone

Donate to a church pay my tithes

Invest in my children's future for college or entrepreneurship

I would invest in other businesses I would go on shark tank and grab me a few people

Make sure I am not broke ever again or my children (more investments)

Then I will help family with their bills and etc

Then help friends

Music, Hawaii has lightened up on their quarantine requirements. However, that is when you move to Hawaii and not for vacation. That you still cant do unless maybe go for 6 months or so but i am not of the opinion it would be worth it and all kind of hoops you have to jump thru on paperwork prior to your trip.

Here are some tips that can prevent you from being scammed:

If someone says you have won a lottery that you have never played, be suspicious.

If you are told you need to keep your win confidential , be suspicious.

If you are told you can verify the prize by calling a certain number, be suspicious.

Remember, no real lottery would tell a winner to put up money to collect a prize.

For me, it would involve searching out a large piece of property and designing a new home. For anyone who has had a custom home built, you know there are several tasks involved. Planning vacations, maybe a trip or 2 to the Barrett-Jackson Auto auction. Participating in some non-profits dealing with military vets and animal shelters.

Give my 2 weeks notice to my employer. Change my occupation to Wealth management. (don't wont to blow through the dough!) Pay off all my debts and bless my immediate family. Donate 10% to the Church. Set up a annuity and stick to a budget of 5,000.00 a month. (60,000 a year is plenty when you're debt free!) Purchase a Nice Ford F-150/F-250 Platinum in cash. I would also get a nice European car.
