That works out to about $39M in payouts on seven trips for April. You can bet that will be a topic of discussion at the next board meeting. Long ago, most of the lotteries took steps to avoid being wiped out by huge payouts (mostly on trips). Generally what they did was cap the quantity of a single number so that each individual payout would be limited. Virginia did something like that. I found out that reading is fundamental

I tried to use it at several stores in Norfolk and Virginia Beach.......I was frustrated....went to the VA Lottery website and it s only available at certain locations until next month......It worked while I was parked outside from the car....the Bluetooth signal on the machine is strong.
