The only difference between a free play and winning $2 is you can put the $2 back in you pocket and break even. In Georgia 3 and 9 number matches pay $10 and 2 and 10 number matches pay $50.

The Wisconsin version of the game payoffs are pretty bad for a $2 ticket.

Its called All or Nothing . Its a two dollar ticket. Have to pick 11 numbers out of 22. If you match 11 of 22 numbers you win 100K, if you miss 11 of 22 you win 100K. And there are various smaller payouts of you hit/miss lesser numbers. Odds in hitting or missing 11 of 22 are about 705K to one. Any other states have a game like this
