Although, if one was paying the other alimony, then the payments may be increased if they went according to income.<br /><br />I would imagine that child support payments would increase as well since those are based on income too.</p>]]></description>

I dunno, though, that&#x27;s something of which I&#x27;d definitely consult about with a lawyer. ( That was an awkward sentence, huh?) I do know that many states have provisions to take out any state back taxes owed, and I think it&#x27;s required by federal law to take the money out for student loans in default and any child support owed/in arrears.
