Ok San for pick 3 and pick 4 is easy to win at and beat the house, if you know with 99% certainty any digit in any ONE position.

Their cards are face up, but because of the language barrier the cards are almost impossible to see, colorless with no suits.

Strategy and filters for predicting the beginning of the bet ?

I keep it simple by getting out of the car, enter the store, go the counter and ask the clerk for MM or PB QPs with megaplier or powerplay. If I want to play specific combos, I fill out a play slip. Can't really predict how much I'll bet; depends on the size of the jackpot.

The sum cannot exceed the ticket range,it is recommended to be around 50% of total numbers in a ticket.For example if game is 6/49 then 4x6=24. 4=quantity of past drawings. 6=how many numbers are drawn. It will give you 24 hot numbers and that is about 50% of 49 tickets range.
