The below scope as best I understand it at this point. Tough ignoring 24 straight hits a month playing around 20 numbers.

Scope 317 Straight

Take the last draw and add 317 to it. It gives you a set of numbers. (I have no idea what to do with these numbers). You identify mini-patterns within this set of numbers according to a set of rules which correspond to the patterns listed below. He does have a video with a stack of 100 biils that he claims came from a win. I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt and say his method worked for him. In my opinion, its just too much work! 100 charts that has 1000 patterns.

Confusion exists because the person that Posted the Lottery System on YouTube used the YouTube UserId of (NOECO 317) which conflicts with a Lottery System called the 317 Lottery System

A few weeks ago I was watching that same video, and wanted to learn more. He wants you to go back two years and write down the results, and then do something else that takes a lot of effort and time which I don't have.

So much easier if he would put all that information into a program.

Lots of videos up and honestly the only ones that I know of that might work is a subscriber , tater tv.and there is someone else. I would have to look.

Although this system I'm referring to is called the 317 it could be completely different than the 317 you reference. Its not where you simply add 317 to the last draw, +3, +1, +7, etc. to arrive at a new set of numbers, etc. Although the system does use 317 in an addition scenario it then arrives at what the system calls its patterns which then in turn identify numbers which then it turn can be used to generate numbers to play, aye, aye,... Going to be brief. There's a system on Youtube called the 317 system (query Pick3 317) which claims to win 19 times a month straight, betting ~20 numbers a pop. Yes I know there's a lot of garbage on Youtube.
