Yes basically, I take the last three years of Oct. day and night, do an inspection then as the numbers drop I write them in to the list. Very quickly you can look at the list and see what has not yet dropped. It gets pretty predictive towards the end of the month like it is now. So there where the 10 sum line is I will write in 6211 and you can see the 14 sum line still has no entry. You can also see what has hit the past three years very quickly.
