			<description><![CDATA[<p>This is something I do to come up with a pick 4 number to play. First get the digits of the current date in MMDD format. Ex: Dec 18 is 1218. Then get the digits of the previous winning number. Ex: 3955. Then add the two numbers together one digit at a time using modular arithmetic base 10.<br /><br />Ex: 1+3=4, 2+9=1, 1+5=6, 8+5=3<br /><br />Now join them together as 4163 and that&#x27;s your number.</p>]]></description>
