Yes you play the numbers. It happened to me in the Summer of 2018 when I dreamt 449 and played it straight the next day in the PA Pick 3 and won. No i was not drunk, but I did not sleep well that night.

I've had other dreams involving numbers and one of the things I have found out is that I am not allowed to tell anyone. If I talk about it ahead of time, I don't win.

I've also dreamt numbers for High Stakes Bingo and won on those numbers that day.
