I'm sure the question is a what difference does it make type of deal. I'm seeing something that happens around both of these dates deep down and would be nice to know. It has to be either the 3rd or the 4th of November 2018 because the announcement was on the 2nd and the 42 hit on the 4th of that month and year. Guessing puts me close, but I really don't care for close.

I'm looking for the exact day that NC Cash 5 went from the 41 to 43 ball set? I know it was announced on 11-2-2018, but not sure of the actual draw change day. I also know the change to 41 happened on the 16th of May 2016, but I can't find a definite date on the 43.
