The store terminal prints the white numbers as a quick pick, you select the bonus ball number.

On the first section of the form is where you pick 5 white ball numbers, fill in the QP, or EP circle.

The second section is for the individual bonus ball numbers as shown: 02 01 12 11 21

A). QP Bonus Ball: 02

B). QP Bonus Ball: 01

C). QP Bonus Ball: 12

D). QP Bonus Ball: 11

E). QP Bonus Ball: 21

The cost of this play is either $10.00 or $15.00 with the multiplier option.

I often get a quick pick for the first set of numbers, play these numbers for the Powerball, Mega balls:

02 01 12 11 21

This is a reliable, good way to get 3 numbers with the multiplier for the game played.
