			<description><![CDATA[<p>Now that we&#x27;re all quarantined, here&#x27;s a silly lottery puzzle to pass the time.<br /><br />Suppose your state lottery conducts Pick 3 drawings with real balls in three bins -- each bin has ten balls numbered 0 to 9, standard stuff. For each drawing, the balls are drawn out of the bins by hand by an employee who is not too bright. When he draws a ball out of Bin 1, he writes down the number, but puts that ball into Bin 2.
