It doesn't matter how old a thread is . I posted the thread link . It was explained with 8 pages of thread to exhaustion.

And the old thread shows several examples of how the system works. And winsumloosesum now has created a great sheet for this method. For crying outloud what more can a person ask for? I've posted threads that have lasted for years and I still get questions from people who don't bother to read the thread. My intent wasn't to dredge up and old thread it's to help people.... Babyboy33, if you read the linked thread, the first operation the OP does is take the digital root of each of the Pick 3 numbers. It's a concept used in a lot of people's Pick 3 methods.

In the next step where the OP adds column-wise, the OP is taking only the last digit of the sum of numbers in each position. Technically, it is called mod 10 addition.

In the last step, the OP takes the two Pick 3 numbers generated in the first two steps and adds them digit-wise, again taking only the last... [ More ]

Babyboy can't comment on the original post because it's too old, that's why he's asking Lakerben for clarification here in this thread.

I agree that the method is pretty simple, but some people just need extra help with math. I think if a person dredges up a method from an old thread that no longer accepts comments, then that person should accept some responsibility for answering a few questions.
