San, you write your intention down for any specific game/time/state. Write your numbers out in an arch on same paper.

Any weighted string works, nothing to buy. Your nerves will react to a focused intended target

from your right brain subconsciously causing a direction - hopefully correct. Practice at least 5 days, you should pick it up.
