			<description><![CDATA[<p>Events are mutually exclusive, meaning every event starts with 1000 sets. Your<br /><br />prior probabilities(hence historical data) is hard to established. We assume for convenience<br /><br />that the pool structure before event is 0123456789, but it could 0112478903,5478890120 etc.<br /><br />A good read on Frequentist data sampling and Markov chains will help.<br /><br />Just a thought<br /><br />Adobea 78</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>System: For this system, you simply pick a random number that hasn&#x27;t appeared in the previous 950 draws. That&#x27;s it.<br /><br />Backtest findings: Through back-testing, I have observed you can get anywhere from 0 to 6 straight wins out of 1000 draws (on different back-testing runs). Now 0 out of 1000 draws is terrible but 6 straights out of 1000 is great, that&#x27;s 6 fold improvement.
