Bonus Lotto used the extra ball and the only other time Michigan used the extra ball for an in state 6/xx game was for the 6/51 Michigan Millions game.

the payouts looked like this

6 Jackpot odds 18,009,460 to 1

5 + wild ball $20,000 3,001,577 to 1

5 $1000 68,218 to 1

4 + ball $200 27,287 to 1

4 $50 1,269 to 1

3+ ball $5 952 to 1

overall odds were 529 to 1

All prize levels were pari-mutuel with the exception of the $5 prize which was fixed at $5
