			<description><![CDATA[<p>New York is a state that has more winners, and RCB is correct, there are more QP&#x27;s sold in NY than player picked numbers. A long time ago, I believe that I read 75% of all NY tickets sold were QP&#x27;s, so to my way of thinking that&#x27;s the reason why QP&#x27;s win more often than player picks in NY. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>After I posted my reply last night I realized I misunderstood your question. Just too tired last night to reply again.<br /><br />Not sure there is much difference in different states QP terminals. Plus, with MM and PB, there are just so many combinations that it probably doesn&#x27;t really matter which terminal you get a QP from.<br /><br />Then, to throw a wrench into what I just said, there ARE states that have more winners than others. And most tickets sold ARE QP&#x27;s.</p>]]></description>
