Yes, I tried to use their Contact Us box on their website 4 times yesterday, but it wasn't functioning. I will try to contact them by phone today, if necessary, seeing as it is now a weekday.

You didn't mention whether you sent the GH team an email letting them know, I hope you did. It isn't always easy tracking down winning numbers daily. Game websites sometimes update the date and not the winning numbers till later. Sometimes the browser goes wacky and serves up a page from a couple of days ago, easy to mistake when in a hurry. This is a heads-up that the NY Pick-10 (Keno) draw for Dec 6, 2020 seems to have been recorded incorrectly by Smart Luck. I had previously downloaded the NY Pick-10 (Keno) file via my Smart Luck Advantage Gold software. But when I saw that my averages and calculations were not coming out correctly, I went to the NY Lottery website and found the error. This is what the results for that draw date (Dec 6, 2020) actually were:
