			<description><![CDATA[<p>On the USA MEGA page when someone hits a jackpot, like on tonight&#x27;s power ball. When you go to the jackpot analysis to see what the payouts are, it&#x27;s already reset to the new 20 million jackpot for the next drawing.<br /><br />My question is, why couldn&#x27;t you leave it at the 731 million prize for a few days or until the next drawing?
